"We were staying in the hotel for 4 nights and were really impressed how great everything was. We had some initial problems with our room but thanks to fantastic guest experience manager we were moved to a better room with stunning view at no extra charge. The hotel is very well-run, wonderful views on the whole Portofino coast from balconies,

area and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all time,

"Lovely hotel in the traditional Italian Riviera style. Staff could not have been more helpful. Food and service were excellent. Only criticism was the lack of a shuttle service to the centre of town which, given the position of the hotel on top of a hill, the high cost of local taxis and the high temperatures, made it difficult for older customers or those with mobility difficulties."
