"The only thing was not happy with pool was not available and didn’t state that when we booked it. If I would know that I would have not booked it. We have several kids that were looking forward it before they played for their tournament. "

"We had a room reserved here, but did not stay due to the rudeness of the front desk help. All I said was that I was surprised about the pet fee since it was not clearly listed on the hotels.com site like others were. I had chosen this hotel because others said they HAD pet fees, but this one only said pets allowed. When I questioned the pet fee, the manager very rudely told me it WAS listed on the site, and she would find it and show it to me! I told her I had not seen it on the site, and she said you don’t have to stay here! I can cancel the reservation and you can go elsewhere! There was no need to escalate the situation. I had my card out and was willing to pay the fee. We don’t typically travel with pets, so this was a surprise to us. There was no need for such rudeness!!!! It’s a shame because the hotel was a lovely place!"
