"The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

She was quick to respond & address any needs. The home was lovely, very clean, & updated. The wifi was okay, but the view at night was pretty with the lights of Belfast in sight. The only downsides were the less-than-safe shower, small main befroom with hot radiator touching the person sleeping there, & cigarette...
