Sperrinview House is a captivating and cosy two-storey, pet friendly, property that is located on the outskirts of Magherafelt (a vibrant market town in the centre of Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland).

The property is three minutes by car or under fifteen minutes on foot from the town centre. Sperrinview House offers the best of both worlds (a tranquil and relaxing environment with the convenience of nearby amenities including garages, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars).

Whether you are planning a relaxing break, a family reunion, or an active holiday with golf, hiking, fishing, cycling, sightseeing, or cultural experiences, the property's central location will enable you to easily travel to and explore all the wonderful things that Northern Ireland has to offer.

Sperrinview House offers comfortable and well equipped facilities both inside and outside the property. Outdoor amenities include a patio area beside the kitchen that has a gas barbecue (gas provided), a chimenea, and dining facilities for eight to ten guests. The property also has a raised front terrace with comfortable rattan seating for 8 guests who can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes, and the surrounding countryside. At the rear of the property, there is a private yard with a washing line, a table and chairs, a log bunker, and recycling facilities. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from your hosts upon arrival.

- Check-in from 3PM & Check-out on or before 11AM. (Flexible on request where possible).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of two allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
- We welcome bookings for up to 8 guests. Additionally, we can comfortably accommodate a further 2 children including toddlers and infants. (2 travel cots available).
