It's hard to be critical of anything but for a 5-Star hotel I was grossed out by all of the stains on every chaise lounge cushion at the pool. The first one I was on had ketchup stains on the side of it. Yes, the staff covers them with Ritz Carlton towels, but it is very off putting seeing these cushions in such a dirty state. They need to be cleaned or replaced more often than they are. "
