Extremely well equipped kitchen. 2 car garage, laundry room, patio has plenty of seating and an outdoor fire feature, gas bbq and heater. Inside find plenty of books, games, puzzles, stereo and high speed wireless. Walking distance to the clubhouse and The River Entertainment complex with dining, shopping and movies. Complex has golf, pickleball and tennis as well as a fitness center and multiple pools and spas. 30 day minimum stay, discount with 60-90 days.

Wonderful location/property

Property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Located on the golf course. Views of the mountains were wonderful. Easy walk to the clubhouse, and very close to a couple of pools and hot tubs. Resort offered several evenings of live music. We would highly recommend this property!
