"Pretty hotel, scripted courtesy, absolutely no exceptions policy and zero colaborarion with Expedia after booking was made for changes. If you like bright rooms, loose floor tiles, no a/c, climbing 4 flights of stairs (because of no elevator), listening to everyone walk by your window at all times (remember, no A/C), and listening to multiple flushes down the drain pipe that goes down along the room's terrace, this is the place for you. Positives: very well located, nice spaces, pretty rooftop, clean, nice design."

"Overall a great stay!!! friendly front desk, walkable, right on Reforma close to Chapultepec Park, The Castle, Anthropology Museum, The Angel of Independence, etc clean rooms, gym and pool were amazing, bar and restaurants superb, they even have free bikes if you don't want to walk.... just spa needs a little love, no one in the early hours in case you need help or have any questions, water nor basic implements like any other spa; besides that definitely recommended."
