Two shower rooms plus a bathroom are a bonus. The patio area is also a good feature. Communication with owner was excellent. Broadstairs is a nice place and a great base to explore...

"The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. All practical requirements were met, with the exception of a dishwasher but that wasn't a problem for our short stay. The location is quiet and secluded with dedicated parking and that is a bonus. Positive points include excellent, comfortable bedding and a smart TV. We also enjoyed the boardgames. To improve, I'd like to see a decent shower rather than one fed from the bath taps. A slip mat would help older guests. Overall a very nice stay...

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"Spacious, warm, clean. Lovely bed linen, great bathrooms. Kids toys, trampoline, great tv. Well Stocked larder with oils, vinegar, T bags, salt pepper. Kids want to come back. Rather too many messages/instructions. "
