"The unit is A104 was exceptionally clean.. the view was absolutely beautiful. The communication was very quick and accurate between myself and the property management company. The area with the pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it very much. Only complaint or I guess suggestion I would have. When I was booking the condo, the photos they have are misleading. I was expecting more of a updated unit from the photos I was looking at. And I assume those are options but the one that we stayed in was a little outdated. Carpet definitely needs to be changed out our deep cleaned. it wasn’t dirty, but definitely had set in stains. Outside on the balcony, the view was absolutely breathtaking. But I thought my daughter was going to have a mini heart attack when she first walked out because of spiderwebs that were accumulated around the balcony and one ugly spider looking at use. I obviously knocked it down. But maybe they could spray outside and housekeeping could make sure that is tidied as well. As I said the inside of the unit was very clean. Overall highly recommend. We will definitely be back. "

"Our stay at this location was perfect! Close enough to Dollywood and all the touristy sites, but far enough where youre not in the middle of it all. We also found some delicious restaurants very close to the house outside of all the traffic which was awesome, also a very cute little grocery store righ down the road. The house was comfortable foe all and we loved the fire put area and hot tub! Would definitely recommend. "

"We had a wonderful stay, very nice campground and camper. Storage is limited as the camper has so much of their own things. I had to rearrange all the bedding to find room to put my families clothing and belongings. Other than that I would highly recommend and can't wait to go again. "

"Ease of getting to everything worth seeing made the stay work for us. Each day at least 3, usually 4, groups went off to different destinations to pursue different interests. The furnishings were more than adequate. The bears were exciting and frequent visitors. The listing should not refer to the dungeon if it is off limits. This was our only problem but late arrivals and early departures took care of it."

"It was so quiet and amazing. The bed was soft and so easy to sleep in. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed to cook what we wanted. We are already looking to see when we can comeback to this location. The pools looked amazing just forgot to bring the swimsuits. "

"Up a very steep and winding road, there sits Snow Hill. Unimaginable views that change every time you look. A Spiral staircase, more tricky than the road, leads up to the game room.The well stocked kitchen and extra deep sink were perfect for our supper prep. The bed is extra king size and extra comfy. The hot tub is the best place to relax after that nail-biting drive. We stayed in July and the air conditioning never let us down. The TV is a bit mind-boggling, but we didnt climb up this mountain to watch TV.I wouldn't have traded anything for the bear sightings at 7:30 every morning, from the safety of the front deck, of course. Everything you need except salt and pepper, but they did warn us of that. Very clean and had special touches scattered about.Staff stayed in constant contact and were willing to offer any help, within reason. Thanks so much."
