I booked the hotel via expedia... Paid Rs.9,184 for two rooms 1 night...but while i ws on my may to the hotel the manager called me that he has NO AVAILABLE ROOMS in his property so i should go to some other hotel...i was CHARGED WITHOUT GETTING THE ROOMS @ de florista resort, Ramnagar Uttarakhand. Please refund my money Rs.9,184... Kindly confirm the property that i did not stay with them...n refund the money charged as soon as possible...
