Our group of three adults enjoyed our short stay at this well-appointed house. Communication, check in and out was smooth. A quirky interior door or two are not unexpected in an older home. We especially enjoyed the front porch swing and the easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants, including a great barbecue place. We'd be happy to stay here again when we return to Raleigh.

We loved everything about our stay! Stacy was extremely communicative before and during our trip. The house is exactly as pictured, and is PERFECT for two couples—two nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s decorated very nicely and felt very homey! We could walk to most things in downtown Raleigh no problem. Highly recommend!

The home was just as described - even better! Stacy was responsive to pre-visit queries about kitchen apparatus, etc. as I wanted to be cooking a few things to take to a family gathering and wasn't sure what I might need to bring. Beds and furnishings are super comfortable - my college kiddo collapsed after exams -and slept and slept! We will definitely be back on future visits to Raleigh. Great location!
We will be back :)

My boyfriend and I rented this home with another couple (also NCSU Alum) to spend a weekend back in town and catch the NSCU vs FSU game. It was a fantastic weekend and this little house was perfect for our stay! Great location in downtown close to night life and just a short uber to shops, campus, and the stadium

I originally picked this property because it was pet friendly, however it was so clean you would never suspect previous pets had stayed there. From the white bedding to the white sofa, all aspects of the house were clean. It also has a cozy feeling, like you're in your own home-with no clutter. Extra touches such as popcorn, two bottles of water, enough paper towels/garbage bags, stocked kitchen, dog bowls, hair dryer, and bath supplies were appreciated and not always supplied at VRBO locations. The fenced in front yard was great for our dogs as well!

We really enjoyed this home and it's proximity to the museums downtown. We traveled with our toddler and baby and the space was great for them with lots of family friendly restaurants nearby. Loved the front yard too!
