This is a 82m2 north facing 1980's unit that was moved onto site. A comfortable ideal Getaway.
The 23m2 deck overlooks bush and has glimpses of the harbour. Open plan
From upper and lower levels garden area to enjoy. A water feature and places to relax in the sun or shade.
Enjoy Raglan's cafes and unique shops and friendly atmosphere all within walking distance. Famous Raglan surf beach 10 min drive away.
Fishing, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, swimming, surfing, walk or hiking, horse riding all available in the area.
2 car parks available for each apartment.

The gas fireplace is not yet connected, other heaters are available.

Antonia was a great host. Rapid response to our communications and generously giving us access to her plum tree - delicious fruit!Great location for Raglan. Easy walking distance to the town, restaurants and coffee shops.

This is a strange apartment with minimal decor on the edge of Raglan. While it is affordable, the extra charge for bedding is unusual (and something to factor in). Cleanliness was average. There is no wifi. The hot water and stove runs on gas (and visitors may have to swap gas bottles). Guests manage their own rubbish. It would perhaps be a good option for backpackers sharing (there is a budget 'self clean' option). Raglan itself is a lovely town with surf beaches.

A weekend catching up with friends

We are very disappointed with the apartment. There were 4 adults staying. 1. Only 3 dining chairs - 4th chair found in wardrobe broken. How long has this been broken we wondered? 2. Linen was to be provided. One towel per person for 3 nights is just not adequate. One small hand towel only provided in bathroom. 3. One lamp only provided in main bedroom. One lamp had been placed in second bedroom but there was no power point for it. We moved it back to the main bedroom. 4. When stripping bed on leaving we found no mattress protector on the beds - just a thin badly stained sheet 5. Bathroom needed a good clean. The bottom of shower was dirty and dirt around each plug hole. There was a broken shelf unit. This is a $30 Warehouse shelf unit - very easily replaced. The general standard of cleanliness in the kitchen as well as the bathroom was not what was expected.

Perfect weekend to take a deep breathe out

Great comms from Shane & Antonia. Easy check in for our late traffic snarled arrival and graciously allowed a late check out on leaving, which was much appreciated. Beautiful elevated views from the sun drenched deck. Big screen tv for the RWC Linen option perfect and included towels for the beach. Great location... just a short walk down the hill to town. Outdoor chair subbed perfectly for a missing dining chair for intense family games! No DVD player but good selection on TV for the long weekend. Lower apartment occupied but didnt affect our feeling of privacy at all. Would definitely go back.

Adequate Apartment

Stayed 4 nights but unfortunately found that there were several maintenance issues. The clothes rack was broken, seat springs in sofa protruding, so had to put cushions and blankets over to use. The downpipe not affixed to guttering, so crashed against the wall in the wind and when it rained, the water poured over the gutter on to a metal light below, making a huge din. The white mugs were stained, and cutlery drawer & range hood needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The door handle on glass sliding door completely fell off. The outside deck had a metal frame over the seating area, which had rope entwined and hanging down which was rather odd. Easy walking distance downhill to town. Could be a really nice place, if whole apartment was cleaned and repairs and maintenance matters addressed.

We really enjoyed the apartment. Had every thing we needed for a family of four, very comfortable and so central to the wonderful Raglan village. A very enjoyable stay.

Lovely spot for two

Clean, tidy, modern, everything as per the photos. Close to town, shops etc if you don't care about a few minutes' uphill walk back. Just two of us for our stay and we planned a lazy weekend. The place would sleep a group but the living room area (in an open plan layout) was small, so great launchpad for a group that's out all day but if your group is more than 2 or 3 people and you're staying in, expect to wind up on a dining room chair. Amazingly comfy master bed!

Beautiful View & tidy apartment.

The upstairs setting was great. A nice large oven, with a good sized side by side fridge freezer. Even though it's near the Main Road, we did not experience any disturbance on a very busy weekend. There is the added convenience of the BP close by.
