This north facing apartment has it all; views, surf, spa, privacy - absolutely the best location. Ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent upstairs (G Spot - Upper), combined apartments will sleep up to 4.
Kitchen consists of mini fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and vitroceramic 4 element stove top (no oven). Wall heater in lounge area and oil column in bedroom which keeps apartment all warm and smallere fan for summer, cosy plus an aux cord from speaker to your device (laptop, phone), Sky TV and internet provided.
Modern interior with large bi-folding doors opening onto deck at one end with huge glass panels other end. Private location, so go ahead treat yourselves and come enjoy the ambience this magnificent apartment has to offer.
Sky TV consists of movies, sport, rugby and Sky music channels.
Natural water falls and rock features compliment the native garden landscape. You may be fortunate enough to have our wee bird, the kereru visit you also.
Sauna located at bottom of the garden. PLEASE NOTE: An additional $20/night is required, minimum of 2 nights, if you choose to use the sauna. Sauna is also shared between guests at G Upper and G Lower apartments (booking system applies). If you would like to use sauna, please state on your initial enquiry so we can incorporate price into your quotation.
Please note breakfast is not supplied however we do provide tea, coffee (Raglan Roast plunger coffee) with plunger and bean grinder which is locally made (devine!), sugar, salt, pepper and oil for bbq.
Please note 3 night minimum booking required over long weekends, ie Waitangi, Easter, Anzac, Queens Birthday and Labour Weekend.
This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Upper apartment upstairs, we prefer to accommodate mature couples for that extra special time out (additional rules apply over Sound Splash festival weekend also).
Please note there are about 15 steps leading down to lower apartment, so if mobility is an issue I suggest you contact property manager to discuss.

Whale Bay is located 8.3km (approx 12 minute drive) from Raglan township. Whale Bay is notoriously famous for its surf breaks in the area; "Manu Bay", "Whale Bay" and "Indicators".
Please note this property is also marketed across various websites, so please take this into account when submitting your enquiry as it may be possible we have "pending" bookings in place. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Nightly rental rate is based on 2 guests (linens inclusive).
No charging of electric vehicles, please use charging stations provided in Raglan.
- Please be respectful of guests upstairs and neighbours, no excessive noise after 9.30pm
- Smoking outdoors only please

TERMS OF CONDITIONS
Cancellation by OWNER/MANAGER:
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your money in full.
Change of Dates:
If you wish to change your dates and you are within the 5 day cancellation policy period, you must do so 72hrs PRIOR to your original arrival date in order to receive full refund. If less than 72hrs, we will not refund due to last minute change.
Booking numbers:
Your booking has been "accepted" with the stated number of guests as per your enquiry. Please note number of guests applies to full duration of your stay, we do not allow for additional guests/visitors at any given time whilst staying at holiday home unless you have notified property manager prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of your stay, should this clause be breached. Numbers are placed on properties to ensure that the facilities are not stressed and the said property can cope with number of guests. If you could also please confirm whether couples or singles if you require linen, as this helps preparation of bedding configuration. Please note the guest name stated on enquiry is the person solely responsible for making enquiries, following through with emails and may not be transferable to another person at any given time.
Pets Policy:
Sorry, we do not allow any pets across any of our properties (this includes visitors).
Noise:
We ask you are respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after the hours of 9pm.
Strictly NO PARTY policy, we are very strict with this rule, if you breach this rule you may be asked to leave. Neighbours are very good at letting me know if noise levels are excessive through the night.
Smoking:
All of our properties have a non-smoking policy inside of holiday homes. We have supplied ashtrays under the kitchen sink to be taken outside. Please no open fires at any given time.
Breakages:
If at any given time during your stay there is damage caused or any breakages PLEASE LET THE PROPERTY MANAGER know straight away. If you have broken an item from the kitchen please leave a koha towards replacement ie wine glass, if a platter please leave appropriate replacement cost. Should further structural damage occur to property, excessive cleaning on carpets we will ask you to pay for this.
BBQ's:
All of our bbq's/webbers are cleaned pre your arrival. We do ask you leave bbq's in same condition as you found upon leaving property. If we find the bbq has not been cleaned pre your departure we will email you requesting $50 cleaning fee.
Linen:
Full linens will be supplied consisting of bedding, towels, facecloths, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels and complimentary soap. Please note we do not supply beach towels.
Rubbish/Recycling:
Raglan has a strong focus on waste and recycling, we ask you conduct your waste/recycling into categories:
• Prepaid blue bag = all rubbish from kitchen bin
• Green Caddy (on kitchen bench) = when full place into larger outdoor green caddy
• Green recycle bins = if you could separate your recycles please; glass in one, plastics separate; cans, tins, cardboard (no loo rolls) and paper in the other.
We appreciate your concerted effort to help out with regards to rubbish/recycling as it is not pleasant when we need to sift through your rubbish to sort recycling!
Upon leaving holiday accommodation:
You have paid a compulsory fee for cleaning, however we do ask guests leave holiday home as you found it, in particular wiping down kitchen benches. We ask beds are stripped of sheets and pillowcases and placed in laundry/bathroom areas and dishwasher (if provided) has been turned on before you depart.
