Ideal place for a Family catch up

The lodge is an amazing place with lots of rooms and a perfect central lounge/kitchen/bar. Sandy is an amazing host and she came to set up the bouncy castle for the kids and arranged horse riding on a nearby farm. The adults loved the spa and both kids and adults enjoyed roasting marshmallows above the fire pit. We had the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday together!

Great weekend

We came up with a large group of friends for a ski weekend. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to ski, but we had so much fun doing other things around Raetihi - the dinosaur house, carrot adventure park and the tip shop were some of our favourite things to do. The property was very well appointed with plenty of bed and bathrooms. The dining area was very cosy with a dire, and we were able to cook plenty of meals with the well appointed kitchen. The bar was a great feature, and there was heaps of fridge space for our drinks. We loved the outdoor amenities, including the spa, trampoline and outdoor seating. Sandy was very attentive and made us feel super welcome. 10/10 - would stay again :)

Fabulous stay for a big group

We really enjoyed our stay. The accomodation/venue was perfect for our large family. Jayne was so lovely to deal with. We will definitely be coming back :)

Fantastic!

Our stay at Snowy Waters Lodge was an enjoyable and memorable time for our staff group with families. Beautiful view of Mt. Ruapehu out the windows, and Jayne was really helpful and accommodating, allowing us to rearrange one of the living rooms into a work space for our software development team.

Great stay

We were group of 28 people including 2 little babies. Stayed there for 1 night and the experience was really awesome. Wonderful host and beautiful property. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Thanks a lot.

Brilliant!

Brilliant! we stayed with 7 families, 13 adults 13 small children and there were still spare rooms/beds (we booked the whole place) was a great property big enough for everyone and so much fun for the kids, love the separate lounge and the kids train was super fun!! thank you!!!
