"The room was hot when we walked in and took a long time to cool off, it was small, trundle was uncomfortable, the commode was loose, hair dryer didn’t work, staff was hit or miss as far as helpfulness, needs better sign for entrance. "

"I was a traveling rep for 20 years and have never stayed in a more pristine property, snd I stayed in the best chains, Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton and Four Seasons. It had an adequate breakfast buffet and a small evening bar. Convenient location and a cheerful, attentive staff helped make this an enjoyable stay."

"This place is rented out by displaced residents. We had someone knock on our door at 12:00 am asking for money. We felt very unsafe from the minute we drove in. We had a long day of driving and were woke up by pounding on our door. No one around to complain to. This location should not be offered on expedia as a choice to stay for travelers. Filthy rooms with dead bugs on floor, air conditioning was not working but we were moved to another room immediately. Everything in the room was so old and rusty. We left early and tried to leave the door key but no where to leave as the office was locked. No drop box that I could find. Horrible place. Do not stay."

"The site was being renovated so breakfast lobby was closed, but the check in lobby had muffins,coffee danish and grain bar. First room we had the ac did not work so got moved to another room. The ac worked but tv channels were off air and were told that room did that sometimes. We were told someone would come to fix it but no one did. Finally on the third day we were refunded $50.00 off the total bill. That was nice but we spent 4 days and three nights with no tv. Wendy's was next door."

"We will stay at the Sheriton again when we visit Nashville. It is a beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very clean."

"Lots of nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Only knock was too many sports teams booked the same place and kids were partying all night. Which resulted in no sleep. So I doubt I ever stay here again."
