"It was nice that the room was spacious."

"Very rude front desk. When I arrived the front desk seemed irritated I asked him how his day was going because he did not greet me. He told me his relief was late and he was irritated then proceed to be rude to other guest arriving. After 30 mins I finally get keys to the room I stayed one night the next morning at 10:39 housekeeping knocks I say one min. She proceeds to bust in while I'm naked everyone outside could see my fully naked body. I called the front desk immediately to confirm what that check out was 11am. She tells me take it up with the house keeper an hangs up. I atleast want to be compensated for the viewing of my body of no one is willing to take responsibility for the error. "

"The king size bed was horrible. It must be old. It was lumpy and had permanent indents you rolled into and had to sleep in them. I only slept about 4 hours a night for the 5 nights I was there. The shower was great. Whatever they use to clean the hotel with had an awful smell. It was not a clean smell. It was more like a cover-up smell."

"Hotel was very comfy. More like an apartment than a hotel. Was in a great location. Very quiet, lots of restaurants, shopping and freeway nearby. Is a distance from downtown, but is a good thing if you want to get away from the crowed hotels closer to downtown."

"Never in my life have I come back home day 1 of 4 to a hotel & found all of my stuff gone. The cleaning staff cleaned my room & threw it all away. All my food, all my items, everything in the bathroom. Well over $1,000+ worth of stuff & they have done nothing to help me, wont reimburse me.... absolute nightmare considering & cant just go re-buy all that stuff. I travel every 3-4 days for work so i'm constantly jumping around. Huge huge issue & a big slap in the face. Horrible service"

"The front desk people were very nice. However at check in we learned someone tried to call us about our reservation but we had no messages. No big deal. The first room we were put looked like maybe it was a work in progress for renovations, no privacy curtains on the window, shower broke. 2nd room kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and stove rusty shower tub was either stained with grim or just dirty. Bed was clean and comfortable but very firm. Probably wouldn't stay here again. "
