"We are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car. The structure is provided by a large parking lot....

"A lovely house in the Istrian countryside. Close to supermarkets and restaurants and within easy reach of beaches and beautiful towns. The house is very well kept and organised with plenty of room. "We were very disappointed in lots of ways by this rental. The owner spoke no English which is not what we were told when renting the property. This made it very difficult to address any of the problems. For example, we had agreed online the day before that we could check in a little early as my wife was unwell, but on arrival we were sent away for 2 hours as the villa wasn’t ready. There were a LOT of issues with the property. The villa is only the small ‘pool-house‘ you see in the pictures....

"Vielen Dank an Adriana und Mladen!!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen sogar mit Leckereien im Kühlschrank. Im Haus war komplett alles vorhanden und super sauber. Am Pool konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen und im großen Garten Federball spielen. Es war rundum perfekt :-) Viele Grüße Jessica"

"Peaceful and beautiful part of Istria which we were new to. We took several trips both inland and on the coast, spoilt for choice with easy to reach wonderful destinations. The house was charming and characterful, very easy to relax in and the pool was great to cool off and fun for the kids. Branimir was a friendly and helpful host. An excellent holiday, we wished we could have stayed longer."

"Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. "The villa was perfect for our holiday with family and friends. The villa was in a cluster of about 5 houses in the country but only 5 minutes drive to a few little towns. We really enjoyed taking the bikes (provided by the villa) around the locals area each day. We used both houses which fitted us all in very comfortably (15). All the rooms were clean with a fantastic shabby chic, traditional style. The kitchens were very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen in the pool house too....

"We absolutely loved this property and had an enjoyable two week stay in August with superb weather. This house was everything it was described to be and more. "Had a lovely stay here, campsite was perfect for our two young boys. They loved all the activities, there's so much to do. We only had 3 nights but could have stayed a lot longer. Mobile home was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were impressed with the service all round the campsite and the facilities were of good quality. Definitely would return and recommend. "

"Overall it was a great stay. From the time we arrived, the service was great. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was ready before we arrived, so no waiting time. Full valet service with free parking, which is not the norm in other hotels. The room was nice and spacious. Had everything we required, and was topped up throughout the day. Food was great at all the restaurants and value for money. Enjoyed the beach, indoor pool and spa facilities. The only request i would make, is that they remove the carpets from the elevators."
