"It's a nice house, the first floor is off limits, furniture has a retro flair. Hosts are nice and professional."

"aus der Beschreibung konnten wir leider nicht entnehmen, dass die Villa Adea kein freistehendes Haus ist die Raumaufteilung ist großzügig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Möbel sind neu und gepflegt, den Außen-TV können wir nicht bewerten, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, nicht nur zum Abkühlen leider konnten wir erst ab 16 Uhr auf das Grundstück, wir hätten auch nur im Außenbereich bis zur Bezugszeit gewartet "

"Die Villa ist absolut ruhig, sehr gepflegt und für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Der saubere private Pool bietet Abkühlung, ist jedoch zum Schwimmen etwas klein, was aber auf den Bildern bereits erkennbar ist. Die Stadt Porec und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen keine 10 Autominuten entfernt. Service war perfekt! Ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub..."

"It's so beautiful I don't know where to start. Beautifully decorated with many details and the entire space tells a beautiful Mediterranean story. We rested and enjoyed every moment. Clean, tidy and beautiful, and the pool is beautiful. The pool is above average size, which enabled us to have great moments during the day. Proximity to Poreč is a big plus. Everything was perfect."

"This vacation home deserves 5 stars. The house itself was luxury and contained everything you could dream off. The host was very welcoming and friendly and helped with the questions we had. The house is located 9 km from Porec, but very close to the high way, so it was easy to go on day trips. We had the house with pool for ourselves for the whole week and did hardly see any neighbourgs. We would go there again if we come to Croatia."

"The villa is very well presented and well-equipped and was the perfect location for our week's holiday for our grown-up family and partners. It's position allows easy access by road to explore Istria but also close enough to just walk to the beach or local restaurants...and then there's the beautiful pool to just relax in and around... "Goran, der Besitzer und Verwalter des Objekts, ist sehr höflich, freundlich und pflegt eine schnelle Kommunikation mit seinen Gästen. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und Goran stand uns für Rückfragen schnell zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist zwar nicht direkt am Meer und erfordert ein Auto bis zum Strand, Der Pool ist jedoch ausreichend dimensioniert um mit der ganzen Familie Spaß haben zu können. Das Grundstück ist wirklich riesig. Wir hatten vier Kinder und zwei Hunde dabei und der Garten war perfekt...

"We were a group of 9 people and had a good time at the Villa. The host was very kind and the communication was easy with WhatsApp. The red building in the picture is a direct nighbour. We had no problem with that. They did not complain about our music. It would be very cool if there would be a outdoor fridge. We book the villa again."

Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Poreč gemacht und die Altstadt erkundet, und auch das Umland hat so viel zu bieten. Es war der perfekte Mix aus Entspannung und Entdeckungen. Das Haus war sehr komfortabel und ideal für eine Familie, und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt."

"A great place for our family holiday. The house has a good interior layout and the garden and pool area is perfect. Furniture is good and kitchen has all you need to cook. The host has very quick to respond to any questions we had. Poreč is a very nice little village with many restaurants."

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem charmanten Steinhaus. Es liegt sehr ruhig, in der Nähe von der Schnellstraße die man aber nicht hört. Man ist schnell am Meer und in den nächst größeren Städten (Porec, Novigrad). Ein großer Poldine Markt liegt nur 5 min entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Vor Ort wurden wir von Dean betreut der immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit war. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. "

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"
