The bed sheet was stained and torn. I called to request another sheet. The person who answered argued with me that it was probably just a detergent stain. I insisted and they reluctantly brought me a replacement but didn’t put it on the bed, I did that myself. It looked like someone had a fight in the room. The lock on the door was really dodgy. Don’t stay here! "
