"Everything was just perfect from the assistant that helped us with our bags, the concierge , the restaurant staff . The concierge went out of their way to accompany me to the concert hall to get tickets for mum in a wheelchair . The place was so accessible for someone in a wheelchair, my mum felt safe and staff ever willing to help . They were so pleasant and helpful at everystage. I intend to go back in early June and without hesitation will be right back at the Westin again . Many thanks for the excellent service . "

"It was a great experience! the location of the hostel is perfect so close to the train station and many great restaurants. The available lockers to leave you baggage for a small fee were also very convenient after checkout!"

"Super friendly check in staff. Made to feel very welcome and greeted by my name which was impressive! Lovely big room, fantastic bathroom. Right opposite station so great for getting a bite to eat. Loved Hamburg! Quirks of hotel: corridors are a bit of a maze and it’s easy to get lost, but that’s the only negative and I would stay here again for sure!"
