"Great breakfast"

"The first room we were given did not have a working AC unit nor a working landline phone to call the desk. (Walking down to talk to the gal at the desk was easy, I just found it humorous that I couldn’t call her from the room. The second room we were given was awesome! "The property was very reasonable in price. It was also very clean and staff very helpful."

"This was a very nice place to stay. It felt cozy, warm.... walking distance to a Perkins. Loved it."

"Excellent place! I stayed 3 nights, traveling solo and felt safe the entire time. It was super close to Mayo and convenient for appointments. Staff was phenomenal and service was stellar. I will be staying again when I return."

"Excellent."

I ended up parking on a side street and...
