"This is a wonderful property. A classic motel that is kept up very well. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are proud of their property and it shows. It is a page out of the mid-twentieth century, but I doubt that anyone one be uncomfortable there. Highly recommended."
"Room was super clean and cozy after a week on the trail. Continental breakfast was average but I love a continental breakfast so it was great. Would definitely stay here again."
"While traveling the 395 hwy this met the need of a place to stay. Nothing fancy. Seemed over priced for the 32" tv, the dim lights, 3 towels and one washcloth for a room that slept 4(?), and AC that barely cooled. But booking thru Hotels.com and getting into bed quickly was nice."
"We loved the location. As advertised, we were able to walk everywhere in town. Parking was great, right in front of the unit. Other than a few slight bumps with the oven and washer, the stay was quite nice. The owner was kind enough to install a new washer while we were there! We made due with the BBQ and stovetop for cooking. Great little place for a family of 4. The pics show 2 futons in the living room, but there was only one when we arrived. We made it work! Thanks for a great stay and for helping make memories for my family and I."
"It ain’t the ritz Carlton but it’s also super cheap. A/C works great, shower works great, it’s 20 yards from the Main Street so very walkable and they even have a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. Perfect for the night if you plan on heading up to the Sierras or just want to check out Alabama Hills, Bishop, etc. Not a romantic spot but serves is purpose perfectly."
"Such a fantastic stay! The house was clean, bright, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could have needed. Communication was helpful and straightforward, and everything was very comfortable. I'll definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Lone Pine."
