"The suite was lovely, a good size, and everything was perfect during our stay. Staff were prompt and always helpful to our needs. The suite hadlight switches/dimmers which is a refreshing change from the useless light solutions most modern hotels have where you can't set the lights how you need. "My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use.
