"I have stayed at the Belmont many times. It has everything going for it. It is a 5 minute walk from the station,, it has a huge car park, and it runs along New Walk, the most attractive part of Leicester by far. The downside is that the Belmont needs refurbishment, but I understand the financial constraints. In particular the bar area needs an upgrade. The seating needs recovering, the lighting is dated - the side lamps are 1970s if not earlier. They have been tickled with a feather duster but...

"Always a great stay, friendly good service. Kettle was older and had it swapped pretty quickly as was not working. Relaxing stay and fairly good value for money. Didn't have breakfast this time as its a little pricey for me now but had before and it's good. Thank you Beeches Hotel for a great stay. "
