"Our stay at VD was absolutely amazing ✨✨ the moment I entered the property I knew it deserves a great review but the cleanliness and customer service compelled me even further to make sure I give the credit where due. I am so happy that we picked this spot for our stay it’s absolutely dreamy in person as well😍"

"Great little place for two people in a great area."

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very close to places to eat, shopping and transportation."

"Staff was outstanding. Property amazing"

"The property contacted us about the check-in progress ahead of our visit. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed including plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, and toiletries; our room was also tidied/cleaned daily and replenished with anything we used. It is also very centrally located - close to many sites as well as multiple metro/train stations. We were impressed with Chiado Dream Apartments and would definitely stay...

"The gym as advertised in the photos is actually over a km away. Shower had mold in it and so did the sink. The air conditioning that was advertised did not exist and the host just said “no air conditioning, sorry”"

"Beautiful property located in Alfama (old part of town). Hosts are lovely and very accommodating. We arrived late and Olinda, who is just wonderful, let us in. Hilarious and warm, we felt right at home. The home has everything you need, the shower was fantastic after a long day of walking around. The courtyard is lovely, we ate breakfast there everyday. Speaking of breakfast, couple of really nice coffee / pastry shops at walking distance (Fora, Augusto). Tram 28 stop very close to the location....

"First time ever booking an aparthotel and I can say that this stay was a great experience. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but there were no issues. Our check-out was 12pm but our flight was at 7pm. Because they had a luggage storage locker we were able to leave it for the whole day and came back to our belongings with no issues. Definitely a nice spot to book! They also had a life sized rhino in their lobby area."

"Acogedor apartamento en el centro de Lisboa. Muy bien comunicado. La atención en la llegada fue espectacular. Llegamos muy tarde y nos dejaron algo para picar para los niños y café para nosotros."

"I stayed at Dona Graça for two weeks. The stay for my first time in Europe was immaculate. I really enjoyed the aesthetic of Dona Graca apartments. The staff and service was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The view was great as well"
