We booked this property last minute after our host cancelled on us (never use Plum Guide!) Our family of 6 was comfortable enough with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms… ac didn’t work well in 2 of the bedrooms and we had issues with the front door lock. Maintenance came promptly to check both but only the door was fixable. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and they worked well. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. It is a very central location- near the metro and many restaurants and shopping. The photos portray a much nicer property- it was a bit run down and one bathroom really needed updating. Two lights in the kitchen were burned out and we saw a few silverfish bugs. Overpriced property for Portugal but we were stuck at the last minute so we had to book here. We would book elsewhere next time.

The apartments are very nice, spacious, and in a great area of town. The owner was difficult and loves rules and add-on charges. Overall, it was more challenging to stay here than comparable places we have stayed, but the location and apartment were very nice!

This hotel was a very short walk down a pedestrian area, lots of great street performers and people watching, wonderful life music during the peak weekend times. Our hosts met us on time and were very thorough and kind. The room was extremely well-maintained, and Everything was new and top of the line. We really enjoyed having a laundry machine to! They stopped the room with everything you need, and more. They even gave us a free bottle of wine and a free bottle of sparkling water.
