It is also a fourth-floor walkup in a residential neighborhood, with the advantages and disadvantages that brings. "The apartment was in a very good location close to city centre, the apartment was well presented with only a few minor blemishes, no wifi could be connected and cupboard in bedroom broken also kitchen cabinets not well fitted, this did not distract from our stay which we all thoroughly enjoyed would recommend to others lookingto stay in Lyon"

"l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !"

"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. Two things for American travelers to be aware: 1 - all contact was in English and we had no communication...

"This listing looks exactly like the photos! The flat was comfortable and well equipped, and the location was perfect. Our host met us at the apartment and walked us through everything, evening giving us tips about the city. She even reached out to us half way through our stay to see if there was anything we needed. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of Old Lyon (Vieux Lyon). The apartment is tucked away in a nice quiet street, a short walk to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets. It is very comfortable, loads of space and has great views of the area. Christiane and Thierry are fabulous hosts, who communicated quickly with us and provided great information on what to do in the area. We felt at home in their unit and would stay again."
