Located in the heart of the Confluence neighbourhood in Lyon, our comfortable 23m2 studio is close to several shops and restaurants, and it's less than 200m away from a tramway stop that will bring you to the metro station. Whether you're travelling for business or for pleasure, our apartment offers amazing amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a shared indoor pool, and an equipped kitchenette!

Our cosy STUDIO features 1 Double bed. Curl up and watch your favourite show on the TV after a day outside. If you need to get some work done or connect with friends back home, you'll love the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM, which features a shower! Get a change of towel and bath mat for an extra fee.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Grab a quick-to-go breakfast box on-site for €14/person and €7.50 for children (4-12 years old).

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Appart'Hôtel Confluence where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared indoor pool, the fitness centre, the on-site coin-operated laundry machines, and the 24-hour reception! If you're travelling by car, there is paid underground parking available on-site (subject to availability).

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we may be able to accommodate them for €12/day.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €5.50 maximum, charged per person. An end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchenette) is included for all stays.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Brasserie Georges, just a 15-minute walk away! Pick up groceries at Lidl, a 4-minute walk away. For those of you who love cats, Le GentleCat is a lovely tea shop where you can spend time with cats! Only a 5-minute drive away, visit the Musée des Confluences.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• If you're travelling by car, underground parking is available for €12/day, €72/week and €240/month (subject to availability, call needed on the day of arrival to confirm)
• Bed linen, towels are included and beds are made on arrival!
• A kit of bathroom linen (bath towel, hand towel, and bath mat) is available for €7 if you need a change during your stay
• Housekeeping is available for €10/light clean for stays under 7 nights
• Guests staying over 7 nights will have a weekly cleaning and bed linen change included in their stay
• Laundry facilities are available on-site for €4.50/wash and €3/tumble dry
• A to-go breakfast box is available on-site for €14/person and €7.50 for children (4-12 years old)
