"Uncleaned room, no morning staff, brown stains on sheets, and hairs found in bathroom sink. Fridge was gross too. "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Towels were very thin. Bathroom lights go dark if they don’t sense movement. (Shower curtain blocks movement?). It was kind of scary when the lights turned off in middle of a shower."
