When we checked in, there was nobody at the front desk for a while, the chairs look old and dirty, there is no electrical plug near the end table and no coffee maker.

We needed just one night and booked just hours before arriving. Check-in was quick, given our receipt and keys by a very friendly hostess. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Grabbed a quick breakfast as we had an early morning event. Was perfect and would stay here again.

The staff was welcoming, the room was clean, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the quick breakfast was satisfactory with enough options to keep us happy. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I liked everything about my stay except the fact that I was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Nothing about the place was ADA acceptable. I use a cane and managed, but it would have been nice to know.

The beds had very good mattress covers, and blankets. When staff interacted, they were VERY kind. One of the pillows had a large hole in it, with stuffing coming out. The front desk was often unattended. Breakfast had no protein options and there were multiple golf ball sized black mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. I could tell it was family operated and the folks really were very kind but the quality just wasn’t there. All in all, we would have paid the extra $40 to stay in the other hotel across the parking lot.
