Upon arrival there was a note on the table that two of the cottages were without water as well as one of the showers not working inside of the big house. A note. Not a phone call or message or a heads up. There were two holes in the front windows, a hole in the wall and a barely functioning lock on the back door. When I spoke to the owner he offered to put two of the couples in a hotel next door. Upon arrival one of the hotels had a leak and one of the couples was so disgusted they left. I then continually tried to make contact with the owner and never received a response and had to file a claim with VRBO. "
