"The pool wasn't open, so advertising a heated pool with out saying (not open for the season) was sad. Room was clean, but wasn't tidied up for our stay, for what you pay to stay there. The bed should have been made, my opinion."

"This hotel appears to have a rodent issue. I stayed in room 209 for two nights and could clearly hear multiple animals running around in the ceiling, especially at night. The sounds were unmistakable, including scurrying, gnawing, and squeaking. I noticed it on the first night but tried to ignore it. By the second evening, the noise became much louder and constant, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk. While the staff member initially seemed skeptical, he came up, and after hearing the sounds and activity himself, and immediately moved me to another room. Management later followed up and issued a $50 credit, which felt insufficient given the severity of the situation. I question the legality of renting out a room in that condition. Aside from this issue, the property itself was otherwise OK."

"Everything was great, location,staff, and cleaniness. It was wonderful to be able to crack the window and here the ocean, while we slept. The beds were a little uncomfortable for us. Overall perfect stay."

"Upon arrival my husband said “Wow , we are staying here. This is beautiful.” We got of our truck and heard a dog barking inside the front of the house. I was worried we were at the wrong house. We walked toward the front back portion of the and the door was open snd we walked in. This was the cottage that was in the VRBO picture and there was a binder on the table with all information needed for the area. The home is so clean and welcoming. We were traveling with our 2 golden retrievers who took some time to get used their new surroundings but felt like home soon after. We did not use the upstairs accommodations but there is plenty of room for a family. We met the owner, Barbara shortly after our arrival. She is very nice and very accommodating. Her master garden skills are clearly shown off by the beautiful trees and flowers on the property. We found everything we needed was there for our use including beach chairs, beach bag and I even think a cooler. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a short or longer visit to Westerly Beaches you consider this beautiful property. You won’t be disappointed. We will be planning our return in the near future. Thank you Barbara for sharing your home and cottage with us and our pups. We had a wonderful stay."

"We had a great stay at the Eagle's Nest to celebrate my wife's birthday. Located an easy walk from Napatree Point and Lighthouse Point, this beautiful home is perfectly located for beach walks and local exploring. We didn't get to enjoy the spectacular views until the morning we checked out (weather didn't cooperate), but they were a highlight. Chris was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, providing some snacks/drinks for our arrival (huge when travelling with kids), and sending along recommendations for our itinerary. This was a great experience!"
