If you are visiting Quetzaltenango for a day or longer, you will be very comfortable in our fully equipped house. We offer five modern furnished bedrooms, three and ½ baths house with cable TV. (US networks, plus Spanish, and other language channels), private parking for a compact car, fully equipped spacious kitchen with a breakfast area, large living and dining room areas, and two interior gardens.

It is located in "La Democracia", an area close to all types of transportation, including bus stations that will take you to Guatemala city and other places too. Nearby there are restaurants, coffee shops, modern supermarkets, farmers markets, language schools and Internet cafes. This house is just a few minutes from the renowned "Centro historico", the Santa Maria and Santiaguito volcanoes and Chicabal. The neighborhood is very safe!!

Our experienced housekeeper will welcome and guide you with anything you might need including finding you a reliable taxi driver, where to go grocery shopping and find a nice meal nearby.

There are many nearby buses that will take you to Aguas Georginas, Laguna de Chicabal, Xetulul, Lake Atitlan, Chichicastenango, south coast beaches, and Antigua.
