"I have now stayed at the Atrio three times in the past 5 years. This was my first visit since Jan 2020 (just before the pandemic). The people, the location, and the service is outstanding (as always). I would stay here again for just those reasons. I do feel the this hotel might have suffered economically during the COVID years. The rooms are getting just a bit dated. "

"Okay Motel-alike place with an overpriced restaurant. The parking lot is located right behind the multiple rooms in the first floor, since this is place where people come back late from the town and willing to share their experiences right on the parking lot being loud and unconsidered for people sleeping (not the hotels fault of course, but the windows aren’t super sound proof) so you hear everything and is not easy to fall sleep and rest. "Safe and clean"

"This is an incredible, elegant, historic mansion! We enjoyed our stay here. The architecture is wonderful and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, but the staff will take care of your luggage. After all, this was built in the 1700s! Our room was was spacious and elegant. The location in the Centro Histórico is very good and within walking distance of the main sites. The restaurant serves delicious Mexican food and a fine pianist provides live music."

"Muy bien la habitación y baño, solo OJO, pidan las habitaciones lejos del bar que está alado del hotel porque en las noches se escucha la música muy fuerte y no te deja dormir, a mi me toco suerte que había otra habitación libre al final del pasillo y me cambiaron pero a las 11 de la noche"
