"It is a very spacious unit, very clean and well appointed. It is a basement suite and sound travelled a lot in the house, so we heard pretty much everything going on upstairs. "

"The rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. Close enough to Halifax. The area around the hotel is ok but if you drive down kearny lake rd there are some nice spots "
"The renovated rooms have moved this location up several notches and placed it comparable to BW. The breakfast is adequate. It is a bit disorganized and could use attendant more frequently. The morning we were there the coffee maker was out of order and the orange juice was not running at full strength. However it was still possible to get an adequate meal. "
"It was exactly as expected. Staff were all helpful and courteous and polite. They made sure I had all of the info I needed to access wifi and enjoy my stay."
"Wonderful hamlet on South Shore of Nova Scotia. Inn was directly across from Queensland beach and close to restaurants and all the sites of that part of Nova Scotia. We were at a wedding in the adjacent community of Hubbards, so we really did not have a chance to enjoy the full experience. The room was well appointed and appeared to be recently renovated, however a bit on the small side. Bathroom clean and modern fixtures etc. Had a very ample continental breakfast which unfortunately was not included with the price of the room.
For the location was a great value and we would definitely recommend it."
"We like the staff and service, though their plates and cutlery were not very clean. We had luggage and needed an elevator to go to our room. Unfortunately, they didn't have any elevators. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay."
