Chalet 29



In the heart of nature, directly in the mountains and close to the ski slopes, this luxurious chalet offers comfort and conviviality. hot tub, babyfoot table, gas fireplace and huge windows, everything to please you.
The chalet can accommodate up to 16 people, but for groups composed of adults only, it is more comfortable for 14 people.



Please note:



- Housing on 3 floors in townhouse style



- A curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep noise levels down during these hours. Loud parties or large-scale events are strictly prohibited



- For security reasons, the chalet is equipped with a camera facing the outdoor entrance area. It does not capture any images from inside the chalet or from the back patio, ensuring full respect for your privacy. The camera helps us monitor the property when it is unoccupied. (It does not record conversations.)



- During your stay with us, we provide the following essentials: toilet paper, hand towels, shower towels, dishcloths, bedding, kitchen essentials, utensils, dishes, cookware, fondue and raclette dishes, glasses, and wine cups. There is a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Salt and pepper are also provided. Hand soap, laundry soap, dish soap, and some cleaning products are available.



- Exclusions (not included): paper towels, tissues, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and towels for the hot tub. Please note that we do not provide plastic containers for leftover food. We encourage you to bring your own containers to take home any remaining meals.



There are 2 parking spaces reserved under the name of 29.
There are a few parking spaces available on the side of the chalets for a third vehicle (This third parking space is first come, first served.)
For additional vehicles, parking is provided free of charge at the Stoneham Ski Center, at the base of the slopes 40. (2 -5 minutes by car)

Catherine was VERY responsive to our communication. The unit fit our 3 young families well and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is not really walkable to the mountain, but we easily got parking at the base of the mountain each day. We worried there would not be parking for the 3rd car, but there was always space.

Booked The29 Chalet for our annual mountain bike trip. What you see in the photos is what you get at the chalet. Rooms are spacious, 2.5 baths also helps a lot. Kitchen in terms of equipment is well stocked and it all the cooking and serving gear you can ask for. I would advise bringing your own oil and spices. For Mountain bikes, there is a Mudroom in the back for storage up to four bikes. This can also be used as an extra sleep space as it does have a Murphy bed.Catherine the owner was a pleasure to deal through out the process. She answered any questions quickly and made herself available if there were any questions or issues during our stay. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The condo was wonderful. There was a lot of room for 5 of us. The AC worked great especially there was heat wave in Quebec. The location was great Catherine was very communicative . She responded quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this condo.

À notre arrivée, nous avons rapidement remarqué les manquements esthétiques du chalet. Il y a des trous dans le gypse, des traces de moisissures dans les cadres des fenêtres et des portes et des cernes dans les douches. Les serviettes étaient aussi dans la sécheuse et la vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle. Habituellement, c’est rangé avant l’arrivée.Dans la cuisine, il y avait seulement trois verres, nous sommes allés en acheter. Il manque beaucoup d’accessoires de cuisine pour accueillir 10 personnes et plus. L’espace de travail dans la cuisine est restreinte pour accueillir plusieurs personnes.L’évier de salle de bain au sous-sol était bouché de poils. La robinetterie de la salle de bain principale n’est pas fixée non plus. Il manquait d’eau dans le spa. Après vérification, il était brisé. Il a été réparé uniquement le jeudi soir, utilisable le vendredi matin uniquement, soit cinq jours après notre arrivée. Le spa est dans un mauvais état, les panneaux sur les côtés sont cassés. Il y avait des chiens dans le condo voisin et des excréments sur notre portion de terrain. Côté propreté, ce n’est pas terrible. Les craques du divan étaient pleines de nourritures séchées. Le dessous des meubles n’ont pas été faits depuis longtemps ainsi que les portes et fenêtres. Nous avons eu un crédit de 250 en raison du spa, mais nous ne recommandons pas ce chalet. Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances, mais si c’était à recommencer, nous irions assurément ailleurs à Qc.

Great for multi-generational trip

We were 3 generations travelling together, 8 of us in total. Lovely home, great amenities. We had lots of space, kitchen and dining area worked well. Would stay there again.

Had a great girls weekend at this property. It had everything we needed and more. Place was clean and spacious. We had 10 persons and never felt crowded. Everyone enjoyed the serene setting in the mountain. Only critic is the limited parking to 3 vehicles. Especially for a place with a capacity of 16. Place is very high up and away from the bottom of the slopes. Don’t expect to walk to the slopes with your gear. Access is also through winding steep roads kind of scary especially when snowing if you are an inexperienced driver in snowy conditions. It felt more than 2 minutes drive but likely due to snow. Having to shuttle members of the group was a little bit of a hassle as not everyone arrived at same time but otherwise no issues. Chalets surrounding us were all booked Friday and Saturday but area was more quiet on Sunday night. Skiing was great also there was a nice hiking trail in the woods off the chalet which was nice. Our group enjoyed the spa despite having to shovel the snow to access it. Balconies also had snow on them to shovel but entrances were clear of snow with salt to prevent falls. Would definitely return to this place if another opportunity arise. Best memories with our friends. Staff was very responsive when we texted and they were so kind to let us access the property earlier than check in due to snow storm and Friday night traffic not being the best combo. We were all so grateful for that!

Excellent property! It is very comfortable for 14 people, lots of space on 3 floors, super well equipped (it even has a raclette grill and fondue pots), it has a grill, private hot tub, pool table, 2 reserved parking spaces. The property managers are excellent too. They provided us with a lot of valuable information prior to our arrival and checked with us during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. There was a little issue but it was taken care of right away. We loved the big kitchen table and counter top and enjoyed the spa. We are all very satisfied with our experience.
