"The room was clean. Room service was quick. The staff at restaurant/bar were the most helpful and welcoming. The food was really good. The spa water wasn’t hot 2 out of 3 days. The palm tree next to it was very dry and by the end someone broke it and the pool staff didn’t clean it up for a while. At check in I was asked to put a 100$ deposit on my credit card even though I paid for my entire stay. I didn’t want to use my credit card but rather my debit and the staff said in that case it had to be $200. When I said nowhere was any of this mentioned they couldn’t explain very well the demand for a deposit and why the amount increased because I was using a debit (real money)..when I asked to write it down that I will be refunded seeing how nowhere it was written about this deposit, the staff was hesitant which put my guards up."

"Good quality price, pool area should be available for adults after 8:00pm at night instead of 9:30 pm. The pool closes at 10:00 so at least it would have given adults 2 hours of quieter time in the pool and spa. Way too busy area during the day to even think of going for a swim or a spa."
