"I like location, big room, breakfast"

"Overall, the check-in experience was not very good. The deposit was initially stated as $100, but it was later changed to $500 because I wasn’t using a credit card, which was quite unexpected. We also asked about breakfast and parking during check-in and were told they were included, but it turned out we had to pay extra for both. I’m not sure if the confusion came from Expedia or the DoubleTree, as I unfortunately no longer have the confirmation email. It would really help to receive a clear confirmation with all details the day before arrival. On a positive note, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming."

"Very conveniently located, a couple of minutes walk to the Berry UQAM station. Coffee/hot chocolate machine, water cooler, snack vending machine and ice machine in the lobby. Clean rooms and comfortable bed."

"Breakfast was a disappointment. One day there wasn't any water, the entire time no juice or other drinks besides coffee/tea. The room was great except no cable so you have to sign in if you want to watch tv on Netflix. Location is pretty good but not in the middle of any specific tourist area like the old port or mile end. "
