"Beautiful clean excellently equipped house in Matlock. Great parking, exceptionally clean. Large and spacious with an amazing kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Lots of hot water. Great communication. Only downside for us as seniors was the very hilly area. We love to walk but the high location of this lovely home meant we preferred to drive, and therefore park, to visit the town. Beautiful house. "Stayed here over the Christmas 2023 for 7 nights. As many reviewers have commented, the property is furnished to a high standard, with particularly comfortable beds. "Excellent property for a large group of adults to explore the Peak District. Six en-suite rooms equally sized so no-one gets the small room! Kitchen/dining area easily accommodates the group and is well equipped. The lounge is enormous and has great views. Loads of walking from the Chapel or a short drive away. Pictures/description of the property can't do justice to the wow factor. Would definitely recommend."

"The house is beautifully decorated and has all the mod-cons you could need. The living area was spacious and there was plenty of seating for 4 adults and a child. There is also a nice desk area that my daughter enjoyed doing her drawings. The Wifi was strong throughout the house and was good enough to stream on multiple devices at the same time. "Fantastic trip with family. Lots of walking and days out. Tideswell is lovely. Lots of pubs, a cafe and a couple of restaurants.Also a Coop in village and a couple of fish and chip shops. House is ideally placed. Easy parking and everything you need in cottage. Would love to go back."

"The accommodation was very clean and modern-looking. Its situation is ideal, very quiet yet handy for Sainsburys, the restaurants of Didsbury and the many parks in the area and away from the busy main road into Manchester. The kitchen/diner/living space was on the small side for a family of 3 boisterous children.but they enjoyed themselves nevertheless. "
