A few more plugins and lights in the hotel room would have been helpful. It was a beautiful room but a bit dark. "

"The Holiday inn Winchester is a very nice hotel. There is currently some renovation and rebranding happening as it transitions to a VOCO Hotel but there was no inconvenience at all. Unlike other hotels near the Winchester town center there are not many options for food or shops within walking distance so keep that in mind. "

"We stayed here with a very excited 2 year old. The lady at check in was realky welcoming, spoke to our son, and gave him an activity bag and a little card to exchange for a cookie and some milk, which at 2 is very exciting. The hotel had a kids play room, next to the restaurant and pool. This was perfect for a play. The room and hotel was spotless, the kids area although not dirty just needed wipe down . Breafast delicious and again staff there very welcoming. Swimmimh pool and facilities were great although the pool was freezing, just needed warmimg up a little .A great over night visit, would highly recommend with children. "
