"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "

But despite this we eventually got through to them to advise of a late check in which ended up being ok. Breakfast was nice and had good options with seating in a nice area. Room was spacious with a large clean bathroom. close to hongqiao railway station"
