"This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. Every detail was considered e.g. The toiletries were top notch and the room had everything you could need including beach blankets beach bags, umbrellas, steamer for your clothes.The list is endless. The pool areas ( there where several) were comfortable relaxing and clean and there were several activities, games and excursons. The Spa is amazing and the gym had everything one needs. The staff were friendly and the service impeccable from reception, restuarant service, housekeeping and the guys driving the shuttles within the resort. The grounds were beautiful and quiet with accress to a large expanse of the coastline. The only thing that needs improving is the food. For the cost and the level of excellence in other aspects of the resort, the food offerings need to be improved in terms of range of options and flavour. I also koted that there were some kids in the adults only section. They were well behaved and did not bother me but others may not appreciate it. Neither of these, would stop me from going back in a heartbeat. one of my best vacations ever. "

Je recommande la suite junior « 134 » qui est confortable, spacieuse et parfaitement située près de la piscine principale, du gym et des restaurants. Cette suite possède une vue sur les jardins luxuriants, une vue partielle sur l’océan et sur les couchers de soleil magnifiques. L’entretien ménager est irréprochable. Dans les petites choses à améliorer, outre la décoration des chambres qui selon moi manque un peu de sobriété, le séchoir à cheveux est de qualité médiocre et les équipements de musculation à la salle de sport sont désuets et incomplets. Également, le contenu du mini bar était sans intérêt pour moi (Coke-Sprite-Fanta-bière). J’ai demandé de l’eau pétillante et on ne me l’a jamais apporté. Bref, pas grand chose à redire et aucun irritant majeur vécu à l’hôtel. Dans un autre ordre d’idée, mon seul regret dans ce voyage est d’avoir loué un véhicule pour 10 jours en pensant explorer l’île par moi-même. Les routes et les véhicules de location sont en mauvais état, la police arrête les touristes pour obtenir de l’argent et la circulation sur l’île est chaotique. En outre, il faut obtenir un permis de conduire tanzanien ce qui s’est avéré compliqué pour moi lors de la prise en charge du véhicule à l’aéroport. À éviter. "

"The place exudes luxury everywhere! Absolutely loved the moon shower experience with no fear of being exposed as the villa is all engulfed in a vegetation facade! The room itself is carefully laid out in a very thoughtful way with an air con system that flows through the bed for a slumber I didn’t want to get out of! The bedding was exquisite! It has a very spacious balcony with a hammock and some chairs. I got to be transported for meals in a buggey! I felt like royalty! I didn’t want to leave the villa honestly but had to grudgingly! Will definitely go back without even a thought! The place is to die for!!!!!!!"
