"I’m not sure why there are bad reviews for this property. Especially since the price is budget friendly. The neighborhood is quiet with views of the mountains/hills. You have to have a key fob to get onto the property as the grounds are gated. The hostel is clean, and the staff is friendly. This was my fourth time in Marseille, and my first time in the 12th Arrondissement. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for hosting Bum Bum Jones and I! "

"This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. Wonderful Stay!!

"This boutique hotel is beautiful, very well kept, and very near the train station. Reception was so friendly and accommodating and held our luggage before checkin and after checkout for us. Our room was very clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed some wine in the courtyard area before leaving to celebrate our wonderful stay!! would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Aix!!"
