"I really wanted to give this property a better review but there were instances that made me uncomfortable. Half the time the staff seemed very helpful and other times they seemed irritated, frustrated and crass. The only staff I thought was really friendly and helpful was just the housekeeping."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We really enjoyed the drinks in the lounge, and the spacious breakfast area made for a relaxing start to the day. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable right up until check-out. A special thank you to Cynthia, who helped us at check-in. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We’d definitely love to stay here again!"
