"This is our second visit to the resort and it was sad to see that the service went downhill. The rooms were never really cleaned properly and they kept taking the bath robes and didn’t replace them with clean ones. Glasses and just sinks and tables were not wiped down. We had to ask the front desk 4 times in a day to get the sofa bed set up which was super frustrating. No buffet options for lunch or dinner. There"

"The property and rooms are new and so beautiful and relaxing and everything is close by. The food was exceptional and the restaurants are open until 11 pm! The staff could not have been nicer and so friendly. Maybe it was the time of year but the ocean water was not crystal clear but the pool made up for it, it was big and clean and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We had a fantastic time and hated to leave. I would definitely go back!!"

"We had an absolutely amazing experience at SLS Cancun! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The resort is beautiful, stylish, and has such a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The service was truly outstanding, and the attention to detail made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the pool and beach areas were absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, great music, and overall energy of the resort. SLS Cancun is the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and fun. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! ❤️ A huge thank you to the entire SLS team for making our vacation so memorable. "We had an absolutely amazing stay at La Amada Luxury Condo! The property is stunning, with incredibly spacious rooms, bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful balcony. The location is perfect- right on a gorgeous beach that is always clean, peaceful, and never crowded.The condo feels brand new and truly state-of-the-art, with high-end design and top-quality amenities throughout. Customer service was outstanding, and communication regarding logistics and local recommendations was seamless and extremely helpful.We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and cannot wait to come back again in the near future.
