"We had a wonderful stay at the SLS Playa Mujeres. Our room was very clean and well maintained, as was the property as a whole. We spent most of our time at the adults only pool and the wait and bar staff were amazing! Our bartender, Victor was the best!! We got engaged while on our trip, and the staff were so helpful in setting up a private dinner for us and an engagement photo session the next day. The food was overall very good as well, with the exception of the Italian restaurant, I would skip that one. Overall, the resort has everything you could need and at a very reasonable price!!"

"After staying at Finest Playa Mujeres for **10 days**, this was our **third visit**, and unfortunately it will likely be our last. The biggest highlight of our stay was the staff. **Roberto, Jesus, Marco, Kristina**, and several others consistently provided outstanding service. The team at **The Market Kitchen** for breakfast and lunch was always quick, attentive, kind, and kept everything spotless. They made us feel welcomed every day. We also want to recognize the manager at **Shoji**, who was clearly working very hard. Unfortunately, many of the staff seemed confused and undertrained, which affected the overall dining experience. On our final night, Roberto took exceptional care of our family, especially our child with severe food allergies. He made sure our child felt safe, comfortable, and actually enjoyed the meal. That level of care meant a lot to us. Sadly, the resort itself is not what it was a few years ago. It feels like the property is struggling to maintain the level of quality it once had. Our room had several maintenance issues throughout the stay, including: * No hot water at times. * Air conditioning that didn't cool properly. * A handheld shower that had been repaired multiple times with duct tape. * A shower that drained very slowly. * Housekeeping that often left the room only partially cleaned. The biggest disappointment was the food and service at **Duke's Lobster & Seafood**. It used to be one of our favorite restaurants at the resort. This trip,"

"Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over."
