" One complaint was the TV, it needs to be updated. Only a few American channels which I understand. It would have been nice to be able to watch Netflix or something. Checking in was no problem. We just felt the communication about the package we had could have been explained better. Need more chairs by the pool. If you don’t get down very early at least 8am, you will be disappointed trying to get a spot by the pool. The beach is the same. Definitely need more seating. I think being a 5 star resort you shouldn’t have to worry about trying to find a spot to relax. Staff was very friendly and very helpful with anything we needed. "

"This trip exceeded any expectations I had. The resort it’s self is beautiful. It was the perfect resort for a relaxing trip. The staff was amazing, especially Juan Carlos at Agave and Patricio at Spice, they both were so fun and made great food/drink suggestions. One thing that was huge for me as someone with a food allergy, is how accommodating they are for allergies and restrictions. All the serving staff was knowledgeable on different allergies and the foods on the menu. They would work with the chef to provide a meal that was delicious and safe for me to eat. I definitely will be coming back here! "
