Inside, you’ll find a semi-open layout, new paint, a sleek, modern kitchen, artful design pieces, high ceilings, and a comfortable vacation vibe. Grab a bite together back outside on the lanai, then head out for adventures. Spend the day exploring downtown Punta Gorda’s shops, restaurants, and amenities, less than three miles away, hit the links at one of several nearby golf courses, or just relax by your pool all day.

When you get home, bask in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Fire up the grill for an easy family cookout, then watch a bit of TV to unwind. The desk space and free WiFi come in handy for any remote work on your plate, but if you’re here to unplug entirely, nothing beats a quiet night on the lanai.
