Beachscape is a small resort with a wonderful private beach. Buffet breakfast was good and the location was within a 10 minute walk to all the local hotspots. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive!

The morning yoga and the aqua fitness classes were amazing!

We had a group of 11 (5 couples) & I did extensive research prior to booking this particular resort. One of the reasons being the amenities but also because we knew our son’s partner was planning a surprise engagement & we wanted a safe place for them to go. Us and my son had one butler & others in our group had Denise. She was amazing!! To our disappointment, our butlers service was extremely poor. One would hope for some service at a top resort, especially VIP serenity club. He didn’t do check ins with us & in fact did quite the opposite. Almost as if he was trying to avoid us. We hung out about 90% of the time by the Serenity pool & received wonderful treatment by the 2 different concierges there & servers alike. Levi and Kevin were great!! They took great care of us. The servers in the restaurants did as well. We made sure to tip well, especially to those that cared to service us. Even after the proposal happened & we let our butler know, I mentioned that I’d greatly appreciate if there were anything he could do to make them feel special; however, he did not. The boys did a $500 couples massage & afterwards did ask the B if he could apply their 15% discount. He said no…not for a couples massage. He even located me at the pool to hand me a piece of paper while I was in the water to PROVE it to me. No thx. In the end, when we let him know, he said we should have just requested someone else if we weren’t happy with him. Who says that? Do better… otherwise, we had fun!
