The Space:

Sunlight pours through the windows each morning, the sound of water drifting in from the pool just outside your door. From this ground-floor apartment in Punta Cana, the beach is a two-minute walk away, the neighbourhood buzzes with restaurants and local life, and your private terrace sits ready for everything from morning coffee to evening cocktails under the Caribbean sky.



Living space

The living area is anchored by a 65" Smart TV with soundbar, keeping evenings at home effortlessly entertaining. Air conditioning keeps the space comfortable throughout the day, while high-speed Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace make the apartment equally practical for anyone working remotely. A selection of books, board games, and life-size games rounds out the options for leisurely afternoons.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom sleeps two on a king-size bed and features a 55" Smart TV - a restful retreat with room-darkening shades to help you sleep in. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area accommodates two additional guests, bringing the total to four. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, and baking sheet, plus cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. The dining table seats six, leaving plenty of room for shared meals with your group.



Outdoor living

Your patio opens directly onto the pool area, with outdoor furniture and a dining area set up for relaxed al fresco meals or sunlit afternoons. A BBQ grill, shared outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and beach essentials - including towels, chairs, and an umbrella - make it easy to move between beach, pool, and terrace without missing a beat. Beach access is just a short stroll from the property.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water. Bath towels and pool and beach towels are provided, along with cleaning products and all the basics.



Extras & security

A washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and an in-room safe cover the practicalities of a longer stay. The property has exterior security cameras and a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm for safety. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival flexible on your schedule, and free parking is available on the premises.



Location

Restaurants, pubs, shops, and local favourites are all within a five-minute walk. The beach is just two minutes on foot - close enough for a spontaneous morning swim or a barefoot sunset stroll along the shore.
