STAFF DOING YOUR STAY:
You’ll have an apartment manager and a maid during your stay. The maid will come every 3 days to clean freshen up and organize the linens and the beds. Your apartment manager is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our apartment managers speak English at a minimum and will be available online throughout your entire stay.
PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Once you book your coconut apartment, the concierge team will be at your service online to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the rental price:
